Tongji University Investment Institute, a professional research institute of Tongji university, was established in April 2000 by Mr. CHEN Demian, professor of A position, academic leader, and PHD candidates' supervisor of Tongji university. It is a platform of launching research, screening investment opportunities and business model, working out business plan, fostering personnel.     Shanghai Three Peaks Investment Management Co., Ltd was established in March 2000 by Prof. CHEN Demian, Dr. JIANG Jun and some other persons. It is a platform of raising and managing venture capital, and carrying out those business plans.     Shanghai Tongmai Investment Club (Please refer to www.tzclub.net) was established in March 2005 by Tongji University Investment Institute. It is carrying out those business plans mentioned above, gathering personnel, capital and other social resourses.     Shanghai Tongmai Venture Capital Co., Ltd was established on October 18, 2006, launched, trusted and managed by Shanghai Three Peaks Investment Management Co., Ltd. The capital was contributed by seven members of Shanghai Tongmai Investment Club and also Shanghai Three Peaks Investment Management Co., Ltd . It is a platform of venture capital.     The platforms above made up of a system. The system will persevere in achieving a common goal- setting up and fostering a new venture which will be ranked in the World's Top 500. 1.
