Part III On the Doctrine of the King Business and Immortal Business (Selection) CHEN Demian You will be infatuated if you go directly to the doctrine of the king business and immortal business, without the cultivation and practice on the doctrines of small and great success. To master this doctrine, good fortune and fate, and wisdom as well is needed. So it can be treated a goal to work towards. It is no need to importune for. As for the doctrine of the king business and immortal business, I summarized as the following five sentences. ? Rivers and Seas become Mother of all streams, due to being ready to and good at serving the public. ? Qomolangma Mount becomes the highest, due to the being good at gathering all kinds of resources. ? A person who becomes the King, due to being ready to serve the public and good at gathering resources. ? A person who becomes immortal, due to being good at acting and giving up. ? The universe is eternal due to the fact that the sun, the moon and the other stars have their doctrines. I. On Serving and Gathering Serving means two things here: a) being ready to serve the public; and b) being good at serving the public. Gathering means: a) to gather and accumulate personnel and wisdom to serve the people; b) to gather and accumulate good fortune and fate for great success. A system should gather effectively and should be qualified with self-growing capability. Self-growing capability is just like the growth rule of crystal in crystalloid physics. When under suitable temperature and pressure, the mother crystal will absorb the same molecules and make itself keep growing until there is no same molecule surrounding. How to gather when setting up a business? (1) It is like building a skyscraper to set up king business or immortal business. It is necessary to plan carefully and build solid groundwork. (2) There shall be essential team and system target in the business. (3) Business model must have strong self-copy capability to serve the public. (4) There shall be suitable culture in the business. (4) There shall be proper rules in the business. II. On Acting and Giving Up Being good at acting includes what we described in “doctrine of small success” and “doctrine of great success”. Here I call it “doctrine of human”. Being good at giving up means that spaces are needed to make gathering. No space, no gathering. Each sub-system shall learn to give up to leave place to have all the sub-systems operating on their orbits. Essential team of the business: personnel qualified as a marshal or general shall be willing to give up – giving up positions, power, benefits, or names. I call willing to giving up the doctrine of being immortal. A business, whose essential team shall be good at acting and giving up, is likely to become an immortal one –lasting for more than a hundred years with its own culture. III. On the Doctrine of the God It is needed to work out the orbits for each sub-system, and make the sub-systems under control to let the system operate, so that every sub-system obeys their own obit and corporate each other. The sub-systems have lively contacts and make up of a steady system. This is so called “the doctrine of the god”. The consequence of gathering is working out a system. To make a good gathering, must understand the theory of system very well, otherwise, it will be fallen apart after being gathered. Any electron circuitry, will be useless without the feedback circuitry. A system being gathered will fall apart without a negative feedback system. So a negative feedback system should be considered in the process of designing. Functions of a negative feedback system are listed below. (1) When there is a bug in the system, the self-responding feedback system will begin to work and it will find problems in time and make self-repair. (2) When there is competitive system, the self-study system inside will learn the merits of the competitive system, thus improve the own system’s capability and have it exceed the competitive system.
