I was born in rural area of Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province, in Nov 1962. To see me being a professor of the university was my father’s dream, while my dream was to get brilliant achievements in practical fields. The two dreams were often interweaved together.
To realize my own dream, during my master study in University of Science and Technology of China in 1985-1988, I went to almost each place in Hefei city by bike, promoting and selling small commodities from my hometown Wenzhou.
I set up Enterprise Engineering Company of HeFei University of Technology in Nov. 1988 and operated it through Nov. 1990. I was a part-time salesman of another company during 1984-1985.
To realize my father’s dream, my grades in middle school always ranked the first in the whole school. I entered Physics department, Hangzhou University with the highest score among the 300 graduates in my school in July, 1978. And I passed the entrance exam of University of Science and Technology of China to be a master student there in 1985. I was honored the title of Associate Professor at the end of 1995, and the title of Professor at the end of 1996, both breaking the routine process. I attended seven projects bidding and won them all during 1997-1999, in which there is a National Natural Science Foundation of key project, a Soft Science project of Ministry of Science and Technology, two Bidding Projects of Science and Technology Commission of Anhui Province and three Bidding Projects of Science and Technology Commission of Shanghai Municipality.
After father's dream realized, I became focus on my own. I came to Tongji University in June 1999. I launched Investment Institute of Tongji University in April 2000, took up the posts of director of International Business Dept. and executive committeeman of Investment Decision Making Committee of Shenzhen Capital Group Co,. Ltd, the largest venture capital company at that time, and CEO of Shenzhen Zhongxin Venture Capital Management Co., Ltd during Jan. 2001 to Mar. 2002.
I have endeavored 5 more years hard work since 2002 to knit a more integrated dream. I set up Shanghai Three Peaks Investment Management Co., Ltd together with my team members in Mar. 2002 and later on Shanghai Tongmai investment Club and Shanghai Tongmai Venture Capital Co., Ltd.

Born in Fuyang, Zhejinag Province, in Jan.1967. with a spirit of never admitting defeat from childhood.
My scores were always among the highest and I was always monitor in school until took the college entrance examination in 1985. And I successfully entered Tongji University and became the leader of the student journalists of “Tongji Newspaper” . I got MBA in 1988 and PHD degree in 2006.
I stayed in the university dealing with Admin work after graduation with excellent grades and good performance in as the leader of student journalists. I became the assistant of the director of News Center of Tongji University in Jan. 2003, administrative vice director of News Center and editor in chief of “Tongji Newspaper” in Jul. 2003, vice director of the Party Committee Office of Tongji University in Aug. 2004, vice director of Propaganda Dept. of the Party Committee in May, 2005.
As a specially invited editor and journalist, I joined in “International Finance News” after it moved to Shanghai from 1997 to 2002. I established “Securities Market Weekly” and was the editor in chief. I have been doing deep research for years on A Stock and B Stock market and listed companies in mainland, and American securities market. I was also in charge of some columns in “International Finance”, “East Net”, “Shanghai Jinrong Bao”, “Securities Market Weekly”, “Securities Herald”. During the five year of working for “International Finance News” , I edited some specials and columns such as “Operation Strategy”, “Finance Forum”, besides “Securities Herald”, and built good relationships with many SMEs and financial organizations in Shanghai.
As a Zhejiangnese, I was born with entrepreneurial consciousness. After five years of teamwork and exploring, I have got more clear entrepreneurial goals, approaches and my own position in the team.

Born in a small village in north Jiangsu Province in 1973. Went to school very early and graduated from university at the age of 20.
Distributed to Nantong Economics Development Area Company after graduation from university in 1993, dealing with urban infrastructure construction. To find a dream, left Nantong for Shanghai in Oct. 1997.
Found my place in real estate industry though it was in such a depression in Shanghai in 1997. Entered Consulting Dept. of Aijian Real Estate in Nov. 1997; six months later promoted as department manager. Joined in scheming projects of “Aijian Leader Garden” and “Aijian Golden Bridge Garden and in charge of Aijian E-housing network building. Joined Wanke (Shanghai) Real Estate Co., Ltd, being one of the youngest professional managers of Wanke at that time. Took up the post of marketing director of New Haitong Company, a wholly subsidiary company of Tianan Group in Aug. 2001. Worked in real estate industry for ten years, experienced two low tides, and joined in and took charge more than ten projects, coming out with no even one tail-rot building.
Doing some job was not my ultimate dream. I set up Nantong Tianze Information Technology Co., Ltd with my partner in Jul. 2002, serving firms by hi-tech means of GPS and GIS, etc. Our company achieved 30% market share in Nantong and became the largest GPS operator only one year later.
It needs a good team and appropriate orientation setting to achieve brilliant career. I left Nantong again for Shanghai and joined the team of Investment Institute of Tongji University/ Shanghai Three Peaks Investment Management Co., Ltd at the beginning of 2004, starting my new life journey.
